As the hosts of EncounterQuest, we want to do everything we can to help you be successful.
We are both vendors ourselves so we've
been there, done that, and are still doing it!
We want our vendors to know they are appreciated because YOU are what makes the event a success!

This is a family-friendly event. All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
We require all potential vendors to fill out a Vendor Application because we reserve the right to select our vendors. Therefore, completing a Vendor Application does not guarantee that you will get a space. Upon approval of your application, you will receive terms and methods of payment.
